I have binged too much, what started out as a binge meal, ended up in a couple of binge days! Haven't been drinking my water or exercising. Now I have 8 weeks left untill my birthday and wanted so badly to weigh under 100kg by then. But that's impossible as it means I would have to loose 22kg in 8 weeks time. I'm not gonna put that kind of pressure on myself anymore. I just have to accept where I am at currently and make the best of the next 8 weeks. Think I'm going to try and loose 12kg in the 8 weeks time, which means the binges and bad habits have to stop. I need better coping mechanisms.

Take it one meal at a time. even if you binge on lunch try to make the right choice for dinner. Don't let one bad decision ruin your progress. You got this

Don’t restrict too much and be patient. Make your diet something you can enjoy and keep to (even if it is steak every night with veggies smothered in cheese or a sauce) and do a very high carb day once a week. We started out with low carb days during the week and carb days Friday and Saturday to get into the habit (carbs here I mean pasta pizza bread - also don’t have 3 of these in one day 😂) You can adapt and build from there. Its about self control and changing your mindset from “food you’re not allowed” >> dangerous ground. Have stuff in moderation. You got this!
