Still stuck even though I'm taking in on average 2200 cals a day and using 2900!

I even used 4000 cals on two days this week so I'm a little confused as to why I can't lose any weight.

Oh well, Onwards and Upwards! anyway :-)

You're still taking in more calories than you need then OR your measurements are askew.

My body fat seems to be dropping so maybe I'm putting on muscle ?! I hope :-)

I think because your only 14 stone you may need to cut your calories a bit more or keep with it a year ago I lost 35kg and quite a few times my weight never moved for a while
