Really trying hard with this diet. I fast (less than 800 calories but I usually keep it around 500) 3 days per week. Other days I do not eat anything (drink black coffee) until 12 noon and make sure I do not eat after 8 pm. I try to keep the calories below 1200. Seems to be working. Got back on my exercise bike yesterday and did physical therapy and strength training today. Get to see my physical therapist tomorrow as well as a visit with my pastor. the anti-depressant is working so I don't have such bad lows. Hopefully it will help me lose weight too.
