Today is a new start to the new me!!! I am starting EFS today and I am very excited and can't wait to see what happens. FSD did wonders for me, but I am ready for the last push...I sure hope this helps!
Day 1 Cycle 1 EFS: It is only 7:20 am, but I have my meals planned out for the day...ate breakfast and am drinking lots of water....have had almost 32 oz already!
Breakfast: 2 Egg Whites, 1 Nectarine
Meal 2: 1 cup strawberries
Meal 3: 1 small veggie salad with 2 tbsp of Fat Free Catalina Dressing
Meal 4: Beans of some kind, not sure yet need to go to the store.
If I need a snack today I will have some fruit or 100 calorie wheat thin snack packs.
I am very excited to be back on track.....my hubby is so ready for this too, been pretty cranky lately, just wanting to get this done!

I'm very excited for you - I love beans! Kidney beans are my favorite.
Snacks have been my weak ones lately - need to work on that part!

Good luck. I'm thinking about going to EFS. Let me know which one you like better. I'm with ya on the whole cranky thing. I, myself, am not a very patient person. I also want to get this done. I don't think my husband can take much more...lol Have a great day.
