my weight is up today. started running yesterday and did an hour pilates. ate healthy breakfast under 300cal but it went downhill from there.. chocolate, bread and ice cream. I think I should stay away from dairy for a while... or limit myself to plain yogurt only. I feel it's hard to stick to calorie counting when eating something that's not on the app.. then it's almost like my body eats more because it knows it can't be counted. I think I should start using alternatives to even just have a rough guide and that will stop me from overindulging.
