Working out consistently 3-4 days a week with my rest days still an active day. Have been stalled yo-yo-ing 1-2 pounds… finally broke it and saw a loss today! Hopefully now it keeps coming off. Some other positives - Ive noticed my clothes fit better, I have more shape to me, my stomach is getting flatter, I am gaining more muscle.
