Today I put on a size 34/34 which I think is a size 14? AND I CAN BUTTON THEM! I honestly cannot remember the last time I was a size 14- maybe 6th grade?! The scale isn’t moving very fast but I am consistent with working out 3 days a week and while my weight very slowly declines, I can see the inches I am loosing!

Hello lovely lady! I can't believe that I have not seen you on here before! I took a glance at your bio and a few of your posts with pics! You are stunning! In both sets of pictures! I am so proud of you! You remind me of myself many years ago! I, too, have lost and gained it all back! Each time - I said, "never again"...... but there I was "againing"..... I wish that I had done this thing and stayed on track all those years ago. Doing it now is great, of course, but I spent several of the last few years struggling to even move. Couldn't walk distances, (couldn't really shop the groceries cuz of that) (couldn't keep up at work cuz of that) didn't want to go camping or to the lake - even just to hang out cuz of too much walking! Back hurt, feet hurt, you name it - it hurt! Pre diabetes- high blood pressure!
So, young beauty, stay on track and when you fall, just get right back on! Your older self will thank you!!
