This is my first day trying this program. I'm hoping that by keeping track of what I eat, I can lose weight! I'm not happy with my weight, and I don't like not being happy! I can already see that using butter really ups the calories in a meal. I buttered my toast. I'll cut back on the butter rather than totally eliminating it for now.
