Had a great time at the Y yesterday tried something new to me. It is TRX and it involves having to use your own body weight against large straps with handles. I can sure feel it this morning in my arms and shoulders. Also did cycling and water aerobics. I am thrilled to see 154. Seems I'll be going back today. Missed the seminar last night. I just can't see to drive in the dark...and especially not in the cold rain and dark. :/
