Holding my own this week. And feeling good about it. I'm back to doing workouts with a vigor and trying to keep myself in line when it comes to eating.

Plans for the weekend are to help out at my parents' farm tomorrow. My dad who is almost 82 has been having some balance issues. He had a CT scan done back in October and out it came an appointment to see a neurologist. My oldest sister is an x-ray tech and works for a hospital in Toronto. So she wanted to see the scans and show them to a neurosurgeon at her hospital, which she did. Not happy news. It appears that my dad has vascular dementia. But I know that while my dad can, he will farm and I will definitely try to be there as much as possible for him and my mom, especially on the bad days. Please pray for us.
