I think I’ve set a standard for myself with my eating and tracking because the moment I indulge and I don’t feel like sticking to my calories that night I start to reflect and I get motivated to come back stronger. Now I’m back on track time for some strength training and chill.

it's an evil round about. I stick to my calories all day, then 8pm hits and I'm into the munchies, throwing away my days hard work. I've learned that a few treats arnt so bad if I just have a few, so instead of killing myself, I have a bit of chocolate at night and that satisfies my sweet tooth. I just dont go bananas into the lolly jar anymore.

Oh that’s really good discipline to hit 8pm and that little reward is a game changer for you I can sense our mental energy is balanced and you need that to feel physically good thanks for the advice always with you.
