Looks like you and I have a lot in common. I am 57, mom of 3 boys (26,24,13), lost on keto (only way I really lost), did that about 2 years then fell off in 2020. We are about the weight too :). I am now back doing more of a low carb approach. I stared milling my own grains (making bread for family), so I am eating a little grain here and there such as a half slice of Homemilled sourdough. Trying to find tgat balance of nutrition and low carb so I don't hVe some of the negatives I got with keto (lost hair).
