Seems like I fell off the wagon. I've been on a healthy lifestyle since 2019 but slowly I went off track, so much so that I'm 6kg over my true weight. I quest I slacked off on constantly watching what I eat. To be honest sometimes its exhausting. But the reward is very sweet. First action to get myself back on track is Detox... this is a hard 5 days. But worth it. And from thereon Veggies, Fruit and Protein, clean eating is the key. I say good luck to myself and congratulations too, coz this time I'm NOT GIVING UP OR SLACKING
