Quick entry to say to I decided to go off LCHF/keto for Thanksgiving week (was visiting my parents), and amazingly only gained about 3 lbs (was expecting to gain back the 5-10 lbs of water weight that I have in the past when going off LC).
When I got back home, I did a 48 hr (fat) fast (bp coffee, broth and water only), and started back eating LCHF. Lost the 3 lbs I'd gained and then some, going below 220.
Also started a new job after a long break from working, and love the even energy I have now - even working a 12 hr day. Never get that tiredness I used feel in the post lunch period.
