After gaining back 4 pounds on Tuesday and Wednesday, I lost 5 lbs. in one day! Woohoo, I'm at 400, and with any luck tomorrow I'll be under 400. Just goes to show that when you get the discouraging numbers on the scale you have to just stick with it.
