we worked hard this afternoon with a lot of clearing in my craft studio . to me this was exercise. lots of lifting and carrying for 3 hours. feels good to clear off the floor where over the last few months became a dumpling ground. feels peaceful to sit now and think about my future creative ventures.

Clearing out? Hope you kept the good stuff. I cleared out a place in my garage for a new chest freezer. It was just enough exercise for being mid-way through a 5 day fast.
