I was just diagnosed with diabetes on 12-30. Sugar was at 918 when I went into the ER. On insulin shots now and trying to figure out why my Blood sugar tests are all over the place. I was told to count carbs and keep them at 4 -5 servings per meal. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?
