Jb - Yeah it's crazy when I sit and think about it. I feel like I'm in the best shape of my life. That it's made everything in life better. I'm so humbled by it really. It's always the other people reminding me how far I've come. I generally just look at it as one day at a time me versus myself each time. I posted a before and after I'm sure you'll see😉
