Whoo! Mom out of the hospital, Dad still in looking for a rehab facility that will provide skilled nursing that is not a long term nursing home. Now I'm running to pick up mom, take her to visit dad and then back home and get her settled with a meal and meds are on schedule. I'm totally lost here on the eating plan but hope to do better. Thank you for the support!
