I admit that over the holidays I did not follow my diet well at all =( But it is a new year and I weigh alot less not then I did this time last year. So back to being good, well mostly lol, and keeping track of my carbs and exercising.
Remember: It is okay to treat yourself to a favorite "No No" food now and then. that way you don't feel like you are being deprived.

Enjoying the holidays is part of life. The idea is 80% good for you foods and 20% "fun" foods. Of course, it is hard to stay under RDI during the holidays. We aren't the only ones who gained during the holidays. We are in this together!
