Walked at Walmart and by the end of the day I was over 7,000 steps. Highest I have ever been. We can do it.

That is awesome! I wish I could say the same for me, but to be honest I have gotten to the point I've stopped turning my step counter on. I try to fit too much into one day and get little done. Ive got to get serious about walking. Youre right we CAN do it. I just have to DO it. Keep up the good work, glamper.

On Tuesday I put on my step counter before I left the house. I was helping my sister again. I didn't get back home until 9:30 pm after a very busy day and discovered I didn't have my Garmin turned on all that time. Many many steps not counted.

Well, you know you were active, that's what counts. Your body knows. That's basically why I stopped worrying about the counter for awhile.
Ok, I'll look that one up, thank you. Im also doing the Get Your Summer Body in 3 Months challenge. You might like that one too. I know I need all the structure and accountability I can get.
