This is probably the most ugly smile / brunch you've ever seen but it WORKS for me hahaha gives me the energy I need! In any case, I gained .7 today "whoo" Not ashamed. I know I ate well, and followed my foods right. I am still in my flare up from a long shift, and eating dinner past 9pm was not the right call. My bones are still swollen from the urticaria episode I had too. So I know some swelling will do that to me. Thanks for being so supportive! We all got this sh*t!
