I entered my weight yesterday, a day early, because I feared today's weigh in after that luncheon yesterday. To my delighted surprise, I actually dropped another .2 lbs today! Not a big drop for the past 7 days, only .4 lbs since last Friday, but a drop is a drop...I'll take it. I overate at the luncheon, no doubt...I felt full the rest of the day. I still had my chili for dinner, but cut out all sides and snacks. Sometimes you just have to reevaluate as you go along.

It's shopping day, as well as "use as much produce as possible because tomorrow is co-op" day. Heh. Making a roast for dinner so I can use a lot of carrots and small red potatoes. Having a salad with it, to use up some salad greens, and steaming some asparagus to go with my sandwich for lunch. Also need to snack on some apples and grapes. More produce lingering than I realized until I started trying to find a way to use it all.

Feeling kind of sore from this weeks walking, but going to try for another this morning. As long as it's just feeling like sore muscle and not inflammation or sharp pain, I think I'm good to continue...as long as I watch for any signs that it's something else. It's a good day, though, my weight is taking a downward trend again!
