Tracked, exercised, watched portions faithfully this week and it really paid off. Lost the weight I gained last week plus 1.2 more. Had a rough time when trying on swimsuits this week but didn't use a cookie to sooth my feelings. Bought shoes instead!

I have no problem getting in lean protein and fruit but need to bump up the veggies and dairy.

A good weigh-in is great motivation to keep going.
