Did you fly to Vegas? And have you been drinking a lot of water. Flying can really dehydrate you, and that will throw your system off. Give yourself a few days back in routine and see if it goes back to normal.

Just a question? I looked at your exercise and I didn't see much of exercise. Are you exercising? I only ask because I went thru the same instance. I would eat better but notice very little to no weight loss even tho the diet I was doing stated as long as I kept my carbs below 50 a day I would have to do minimal to no exercise. Boy they were wrong! So now I am starting exercise into my diet and hoping this will increase the weight loss. Just my experience, everyone's different. You may have to find your own. Honestly I didn't work out since last Wed I think. I was in Vegas until Sat. But I also have only been getting in 25 to 30 min when I do workout. My Mom has now become total care and can't even get out of bed so that has been taking up a big part of my day. I know, NO EXCUSES. I'll try getting up even earlier to get more workout in.

Also stuck in the 170's and need to incorporate more exercise to tighten up the loose skin - have lost about 100 lbs.

I know how you feel. Very frustrating. We just have to keep at it. I am aggravated by losing about a half a pound a week, I think I need to do more exercise than most to get that metabolism going.
