🔥🔥🔥 You really are on fire ATM... Do you have any idea of your body fat % compared to the last comp?

My body fat% at the moment is the same as my last challenge which is around roughly 8%. Except this time around I have build some more muscles. So the next few days right up to Friday my carbs will be 0.5g per lbs body weight, my protein kept @body weight - 200g. Fats @35-50g. Cardio increases to 1hr everyday with abs workout everyday. Gym workouts reps increases to 15-20 with lighter weights. Saturday will slowly carb loading 1g per lbs body weight continue on Sunday which is the photo shoot day and final uploading of photos.
