Jumped up to I think 91.7 yesterday. This is why I should’ve jump on scales .. or at least only take note once per week. The bigger numbers put me off. Lol I guess most of us trying to lose weigh feel that way lol. Almost 21 weeks until I go to Hamilton Island.. need to get healthier and would love to drop about 20 kg..dream would be to lose about 25. Gym last night.. totally too late for that.. kept me awake half the night and slept in. I need to plan better.

I would plan meals on the app the night before like aim your protein to your target weight in lbs, keep your fats between 45-55g and the rest is carbs. If you go on the ProPhysique website their calorie/macro calculator is pretty spot on. Carbs to my experience is the main manipulating factor in the macro ratios keep others consistent.

Thank you for the advice. I will check that site out and aim to do better this week. I’m just making pretty much zero long term progress.
