Sarah - Thanks... use that jealousy to fuel your own path. I use to hate doing all of this but I wanted better health and to accomplish my goals. More than I hated doing all of this. A lot of prayer and discipline is needed every day for me to keep going🤝It's why I don't care for "motivation" talk. Motivation will get you started. But habits and discipline is what will keep you coming back.

Thanks Joe! I am in maintenance too and means so much to have others who are going through this as well. SOmetimes I feel I am walking on high stilletos..but I know we can do this!

HK - Yep there's a bunch of us here. Initially we think losing the weight is the hard part. But we all find out that's just the beginning of the lifestyle change. Maintenance is where it's earned. Then even harder is adding muscle while recomping' the body. Keep at it!

Bb - Thanks. Red - Thanks to you as well! I think most of us here serve a good purpose daily. I try to give and receive joy, motivation, inspiration etc. That's the beauty in it for me. I'm taking what I was given and spreading it. In hope's that it helps someone else on their journey.
