Birthday on Monday, but having surgery that day. Had a few birthday dinners, which has not helped lose any weight. I split the meals in half, so I could have leftovers for lunch and also not consume so many calories at once. All in all, I feel good about simply not gaining any pounds. Back on track..I need to lose the weight for another surgery in April or May. I can do it.
