I must have been full of water. Last night I weighed myself and it was 250 even. This morning, I slept in a little bit and felt like I wasn't sore. I felt a little lighter if that makes sense. I stepped on the scale and it was 247. How do you lose 3 lbs by sleeping? Oh well. Whatever works.

Its normal to weigh more at nightime. Im always about 1-2 kg heavier before I go to bed. I only ever record my morning weight ;-)

Thank you all for supporting the loss. I just bought one of those mixer bottles to mix my protein powder. Using a spoon doesn't do it. Hopefully those will.

My boyfriend drinks protein drinks. He says drinking it with water is like drinking sand. He mixes it with yogurt or milk for the taste. Some brands do not desolve fully even when you shake them for minutes in the shaker.

Are bananas bad to eat when you are trying to loose belly fat? I'd mix a banana with the shake if it wouldn't hinder my efforts.

If you calculate the calories from the banana into your RDI then there should be no problem. Some people are terrified from carbs and sugar but not me. I eat everything and still lose weight. You can't target from what body part you want to lose the fat. Your body will shed the fat from all over but in the end you will also lose your belly.
