Looks like the proof is in the puddin'... well done! I am very interested in the program you are following with your company, but they are wanting a ridiculous amount of money to try it individually. I will be following your progress though and cheering you on! Go Babs!

Jan- Stay tuned for my daily journaling, I will give tips I think are helping me. I know, it is ungodly expensive, glad I am in the pilot program for free! There is really something to this...and as you can see from my food log, I am not changing what I am eating at all..it is all about how and when you eat it.
