One by one Ive given up foods that no longer suit my lifestyle. Besides packaged and fast foods I've given up white bread/rolls, butter, mayonnaise, and now coffee creamer. The cleaner I eat the less the old food choices appeal to me. This is a lifestyle for me now not a diet. Just wish the pounds didnt take so long to come off.
