One of those weird weigh in, where I gain half a pound for no reason, even though I was just under 1800 cal and pretty close to my macros. I did start with a 20 min walk yesterday, so maybe hanging on to water. Walk was not bad at all. I’m a bit of a geek and decided to put my laptop on a tray over the arms of the treadmill and play Minecraft while walking. The time zipped by. Will need to adjust height of tray or I’ll probably have neck problems looking down before too long.
