I'm excited about today's weigh-in. It's been a long time since I have dropped this much weight. This is ten pounds from where I first started. And it is within 18 pounds of where I hope to be. I'm restricting calories to 1200 a day. I'm also increasing my activity level, walking more, getting on my exercise bike a bit more. It all seems to be helping. T Thanks to everyone who has offered support. This isn't easy.
