Do any of you lovely people have suggestions for date night meal on a 1100kal a day diet? My husband has just returned from a business trip and it would be nice to have something a little fancy to enjoy for dinner.

Hi mhairinic, When I joined the app I was given two weight lose plans based on my size, age and activity level. I chose the lower calorie option.

Mussels in white wine sauce to start, he can have the crusty bread. Then some salmon fillets with lots of veg. And a great big salad. pavlova for pudding but use 0% Greek yoghurt instead of cream.
