Another stellar drop in weight today! I haven't been in this range since long before Thanksgiving of last year. Keeping a close watch on calorie intake. Am very proud that when one of my students game me a box of Lindt candy in appreciation for work I had done with her, I only ate two pieces (147 calories). In days past I would have eaten the whole box in one sitting. I even gave the rest of the box to the department secretary to share with everyone so that I would not have to face temption at home. Baby steps, baby steps.
