So, even though I said I wouldn't weigh after my multiple birthday meals, I did hop on the scales and I was 4 pounds heavier. I know at least some of that will have been water retention from the increased salt intake but, given what I ate and how much of it I ate, I'd be willing to bet at least some of it was actually weight lol. I checked my weight today, I'll be weighing tomorrow and again Saturday and I'll see how much I'm fluctuating still before I start caring about the numbers but I'll record on Saturday just so I don't fall out of the habit of doing it.
