Started a strict paleo diet in June. My diet consists of Fresh fruit, Fresh veggies, lean meats (Turkey, chicken, bison, elk) seafood I enjoy(fish shrimp crab scallops clams) , raw nuts and hard boiled eggs. My water intake is anywhere between 1-2 gallons a day depending on what I am doing.
