Tonight I worked out on the wii for 1 whole hour. I worked on flexibility and after just 2 weeks of walking and working out I can once again touch my nose to my knee! I am super excited about that. I have always been flexible but over the past three years, I haven't had much need to "be flexible" in that sense. But I had noticed that getting up off the floor has been harder since the birth of the last child. I am full of energy normally so this was disturbing to me. Today I realized that working on my core and with the wii has made me more conscious of my bad posture, so I am working more at improving that. I am walking taller, lol. Mom was right, standing up straight instanly slims you by 5 pounds!
