if I really, really put my mind to it, I can reach 12st 11 by then. 6lb loss. 179lb is the short term goal.
60 minutes of exercise per day no pepsi max water and coffee only 1200 calorie goal per day
for just 3 weeks. I can do it. I'm gonna do it.
