Well, I've come to the realization that I need to crack down on my eating and quit licking my fingers or mindlessly saying to myself that a few chips or cookies are ok. Instead I've started by saying no and for that I get cravings which I need to power through. Reminds me of the days back when I first started FS and went through phases of cravings. It finally went away and now I have to go through it again.
Today, we are going out for thai food for lunch as it is 2 co-workers b-days. I will try to watch my portions and drink lots of water! Tomorrow is farm day. I have to move some hay. The weather is suppose to be awesome, so I will rake the lawns at the farm too.
