Well, I knew those margaritas would get me on the scale with all of the sugar in them. Oh well, time to start over and try to stay focused. I leave for vacation on Sunday and won't be back until Wednesday night. I will try to make good choices at the places we eat and try to drink water instead of diet drinks. My center changed its name on the 13th to Pure weightloss and we will be receiving new expanded dining out guides and a Glyxemic index control guide along with a free membership online.

Oh wow membership online sounds cool. I go to a franchise center. As far as I know they do not have anything online as yet. I am glad that I do not consume alcohol, so at least I do not have that to deal with. Food gives me enough trouble some days!!! Keep it going, girl!!!

Ooh! I don't blame you with the margaritas. I think they have super powers. You'll do great on your vacation. Just remember what ever you do can be undone. It will just slow you down. Have fun in S.A.!
