So life update… I had a baby! He’s beautiful and healthy but now it’s time to get back on the health journey now more than ever! I don’t want to be a couch potato mom! So recap of this year I got down to 280 something I don’t remember exactly then during my pregnancy I got back up to 314 thennnnnn after week after giving birth I was down to 299.5 so I’m counting that as my starting point (300)… I’m still not cleared to workout so my journey is just gonna be focused on eating right until then… that’s it!
