had another realization today. doing this for so long now, i realized that the message "control appetite" or "control hunger" is not real and it's misleading.

human's cannot control those things. People go to extreme measures to control those things so they have a fighting chance to improve our control over our behavior.

the only things in the world we can control is what we do. that includes choices and behaviors with food and nutrition. tracking, weighing, measuring, accountability, doing exercise...........those things are way more in our control than anything else.

the psychology and messages have always made us feel we are fighting to control appetite and hunger and those are things that actually cannot be controlled.
