Ok, been m-i-a but still chugging along toward goals. Ended up in the hospital for emergency gallbladder surgery! Turns out weightloss and sudden changes in diet can trigger issues in 40-yr-old women. Not sure if that's my problem. When I think back, I've had infrequent episodes for a l-o-n-g time (read: years). I simply learned to avoid the food triggers like deep dish pizza, greasy meats or fast food chili fries. So, in a way, I feel I prolonged the need for surgery because I've been a whole-food-eater for many years versus fast food. But lately, the episodic, tiny, sharp pain increased a bit and ONE day, was impossible to ignore..."Hello, ER! How have you been, old friend? Oh, you're sending me to a room for surgery? Thanks. And we start morphine for pain? Bless you!" Unable to lift weights last month but start again next week. And not counting lowest weight post-surgery because it was on the heels a 3-day fast before surgery. Body Measurements coming a little later too!
