For me that’s the only days I will have time. Yoga studio finally opening next weekend so I will start taking weekend classes. Starting with one day then doing both days. Will have to take time off here and there from work so I can take a weekday class.

I just shoveled snow and ice off my patio for 45 min. I’ll call that my workout for the weekend lol

I usually don't because the trainer has me on 3x a week for 1 hour and my other days are rest days. I do have some dumbell and kettlebells so I will do a workout on the weekend if I did not get to the gym or I may do a lighter workout using the stability ball and my 45# kettlebell for a 30 minute workout but I try not to overdue it so my muscles have time to recover.

I workout everyday but I do it because I enjoy it.

I do a full body strength trainingHIITs with my dumbbells every Thu & Sun for 1 hour. Walk every day at work and walk 1 hour ea Sat & Sun (outside if not below freezing 🥶). During the summer, I strength train 3 days a week.

My schedule is Mon., Wed., Friday at the Gym. I use Tues., Thurs. & the weekend to get things done around the house like gardening & housework. Gym days I'm gone from around 12:30 to 5. That includes a 30 min. commute each way. We also often run errands afterwards putting us home later.
