Thanks for all the support i am gonna start officialy on 1 March the next days is gonna be very busy on a tight schedule to get my affairs and house ready to go on a night shift routine.  

Thanks for all your support gonna need it.The journey I am gonna start is to improve my health.I gonna let it out there last year I injured my leg it had 2 sores on my leg I am not a diabetic health wise I am fine.But have poor blood circulation in my legs in my work I am all day on my feet I am a careworker at old age home so.So over weight doenst help I have vericose veins only one leg is affected.And have 11 years to go until pension so until my leg is 100% I am on night duty.🫣I will need all the support I can get.Thanx a million guys.
