Did a CN last night, just a one-meal one, or rather a late-nite choc-fest one. I really need the energy as I don't seem to be fat adapting at all. Maybe I should try having a mini-CN every 5 days or so, or when my weight stabilises for two days running which would be about the same period. Dunno. I was still 327lbs at 4.30am, only went up later in the day.
