Keeping with the plan, ditching crackers altogether, that has been really my only carb, found some that are lower cal and lower carb. They are good with the sardines I have had for dinner and lunch lately.

It has been so hot here in the Pacific Northwest that cooking for dinner is not in the plan. I have been sticking with lighter fare at night, heavier meal at lunch. My house was 85 last night when I went to bed, ugh, no AC here in Seattle just suffer it out, calling for several more days of this heat too.
