I keep a 16oz water bottle full all day long and make sure that I drink at least 4 bottles each day, throughout the day.

I'm learning how to answer or not answer the questions on the challenges, duh ! I thought you had to answer each question (yes or no), but I guess you don't ? A lot don't apply to me because I don't work, I'm retired :)

Shotzie ready for walk this morning, nice morning. Afterwards I walked 1.68 miles in 35 min. which, I hope, should be 2.88 mph !

Tried the flaxseed pancakes I found when I googled MIM and Atkins. The recipe didn't give me total calories, total fat, total cholesteral, so I guessed at those. Recipe only gave total carbs,fiber & net carbs for making a total of 6 pancakes. Next time I will thin the batter, takes a long time to cook these pancakes. But husband like better than the almond pancakes :)

Going to grill out a steak today, yummy !
